&fmt=18 = high(er) quality
You add it to the end of the link, and it makes the video play in said quality. Someone figured out the “fmt=18″ hack a while back, which was around the time YouTube allowed 1024 MB videos. The “fmt=22″ hack was figured out very recently, around the time HD videos were announced.
