In this country, born Vladimir Ershov, best called like PROFF. His style is Electrónica / Progressive House / House. I can’t find more info of him, but i wanna give my opinion. Proff is amazing. Best way to report bad business practice in India?
I am a US citizen and recently tried to outsource some web work to some programmers in India they run a website called sevenapps.com, and also go by the name of websoftinfo on getafreelancer.com . They requested I paid them half the money up front, which I did (I know dumb), and said the project would be done in 3 weeks or less. They have now been making false promises for 3months now, no real work has been finished (what I could have done myself in 10 min), and they have stopped replying to my emails and IMs, and I'm confident they are planning on keeping the money and running. I have 30+ emails back and fourth to prove all of this. Which are the best sites to post reviews to warn other users not to make the same mistake? The more the better! Also is there a place in India I can contact to place a formal complaint?
I could write a 30 page report on the hell Ive been through with sevenapps. Any action I can take to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else I want to take!
